Salerno Convention Bureau was established in July 2006, as a non-profit consortium, by as many as 10 prestigious hotel and congress chain companies with a workforce of over 500 employees, in collaboration with all the 4 and 3 star hotels of the city.
Leader srl has always been the pioneer of Salerno Convention Bureau. It is a nationally prominent congress organization company for its numerous events and prestigious clients in over 30 years of activity.
Salerno Convention Bureau is currently a Product Club with the aim of promoting Salerno as an event destination.
Salerno Convention Bureau accompanies the promoter/organizer of the event in the feasibility study, the identification of the location, the management of the services.
Salerno Convention Bureau is also the primary interlocutor for:
- the implementation of the administrative and authorization procedures necessary for the conduct of the congress (granting of moral sponsorships, granting of institutional seats, occupation of public land, issuing of ordinances for the transit and parking of vehicles for services providers);
- the activity of fund raising (acquisition of economic contributions from public and private sources), if the substance and contents of the event are such as to meet the interest of institutions, local authorities and businesses.
